A Day of Giving In Memory of Julie Morris z"l

Together we raised over $265,000 in Julie’s memory on her 80th birthday.  Ner Tamid means “eternal light,” and thanks to your generosity the creation of this fund will continue to spread the light that Julie shared with so many people during her remarkable life.

Needless to say, a lot has changed in the last year.  The landscape of life in Israel was forever altered on October 7th, but together we have made a difference.  The Julie Morris Ner Tamid Fund recently contributed $30,000 towards a grant to the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel, which is coordinating and ensuring the ongoing treatment and services of those who experienced sexual violence and trauma on October 7th and in its aftermath (including hostage survivors).  

The Morris family not only approved this emergency grant, but they also made another substantial donation to replenish the Julie Morris Ner Tamid Fund.  If you would like to join the Morris family, donations are always welcome.
